Yesterday was enjoyable, but difficult on Melinda. The LORD allowed us to travel to Taste of Texas in Houston to meet with family and enjoy a good meal. We stopped by College Station on the way down and picked up Megan which helped to keep us entertained on that leg of our trip. Unfortunately, Melinda was not able to enjoy the food as she was worried about what it might do to her stomach. As for the rest of us, we ate way too much which made for a miserable trip back home. We also learned that Melinda really can no longer do long trips in a car. The almost seven hours traveling there and back took its toll on her.
