Melinda had her procedure today. The good news is they did not find anything; the bad news is they did not find anything. They sent off tissues for cultures and it will take a week before we know anything for sure. The gastrologist believes that Melinda’s issue may be a side effect of the chemo treatments, so we may be back to the Oncologist.
She is still having abdominal pain, but she pushed through it today and drank an Ensure Plus Nutrition Shake. Hopefully she can drink two tomorrow and start to get some strength back.
Thank you for all your prayers and please continue to pray that Melinda will be able to eat solid foods again soon.
