For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly. (Ps. 84:11)
Melinda is doing much better. She can get up an walk uprightly for a few minutes before her calf starts to hurt. She has to keep it elevated most of the day and night. The doctor said it would take a week or two to before she should feel more normal in her calf.
We finally have a green light to start treatments on Monday. We are excited and nervous, but we know we have to start the race to get to the finish line. The schedule they have Melinda on will have her completing treatment mid October.
We appreciate all the prays and ask that you add travel graces to them as Melinda will be traveling back and forth to Austin every day for the next six weeks.
