Yes, I will see him with my own eyes.
I am overwhelmed at the thought!
On a scale of 1 to 10, (1 Not Sure – 10 Absolutely Positive) how sure are you that you are going to Heaven. If you had asked me that question a few years ago I would have said a 7 or 8; whereas Melinda has always been a 10. I answer 10 now without any hesitation and after reading Heaven by Randy Alcorn I am even more enthusiastic about going home.
Can GOD can heal Melinda if he wishes? – 10
Is GOD is in Control? – 10
Does GOD have a plan for Melinda’s life, my life, and the lives of our children? – 10
Will GOD heal Melinda or take her home? – 1
I do not know GOD’s plan. I know GOD will take us both home one day. In the meantime, we will continue to pray for healing, but most importantly we pray that GOD’s will be done here on earth as it is Heaven.
Am I frustrated with her current level of medical care? – 7
The care over the last few months has not been as responsive as I would like it to be or as it was when we first started this journey.
We met with the oncologist today. We had a good talk especially about the lack of communication. I was given some other numbers to try. We pray these will be more effective in getting a hold of him or his staff.
The last MRI shows no signs of Cancer.
Ok, I should have probably started off with that bit of GREAT NEWS. WE PRAISE GOD, JESUS, and THE HOLY SPIRIT. It does not mean Melinda is cancer-free. There could be small growths the MRI is not picking up. The oncologist wants to continue the Avasitan, for now, every two weeks. Please Pray GOD continues to remove any Cancer. We talked with the oncologist about moving her treatments to Texas Oncology in Waco as the drive to Austin is hard on Melinda. He did some research and thinks it can be done. Please pray this happens. Currently, Melinda is having severe stomach pains and headaches. Please pray that GOD will ease this pain. The oncologist suggested we go see a gastrologist. Pray, we can get Melinda into see one soon.
We pray that you answered with an absolutely positive 10 that you will be Heaven bound and not Hell bound. If you are not a 10 then you have doubts. We would love to discuss the GOSPEL with you, ease your doubts or fears, and ensure you that you will join us in what I like to call Earth 2.0 with Jesus, the Father, and all the other brothers and sisters in Christ.
